Each room of this beautiful 6 bedroom Villa overlooks the ocean at Playa Ocotal, one of Guanacaste's best kept secrets. This is a wonderful place for group stays. This is NOT an all inclusive villa so it is more affordable for groups of 14 or less. However, we can staff it with a cook for an additional charge.
Daily rate March 1 to April 2, $650.00 per night April 5 to 13, 2009 - $750 per night April 14 to October 30, 2009 $550.00 per night.

Deposit Policy: 50% deposit due at reservation. Remaining 50% due at check in.
Cancellation Policy: No refund if canceled 30 days or less prior to check in. If canceled 31 to 60 days prior to check-in, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. If canceled more than 60 days in advance, deposit will be fully refunded.
