What do you do with a precocious out of control parrot? You put her in "time-out", of course. For Wally this means we have to put her on the gutter of the rancho where breakfast is prepared for the guests of Hotel Villa Casa Blanca. The metal is thin and she has to hold tight. It gives her a chance to calm down and get over things. What usually gets her sent to time-out is when she becomes overly obsessed with the object of her "amor" namely some man on the veranda. She absolutely loves men and doesn't care for women. If she feels thwarted, she will get demanding. She even chases Modesta (the owner) across the veranda to keep her away from whatever man she has picked out. It is quite a show. Come visit Wally.
